Project Management
We can provide Project Management assistance to any IT project you are currently working on to help you meet your deadlines and deliver the project within budget. We use Microsoft Project TM as standard but can also work with other project management software packages as necessary. We follow Industry Standard project management methodology and tailor this to meet the requirements of the client to ensure there is no un-necessary overhead incurred.
We typcially start with a project kick-off meeting to discuss the full requirements and tailor the project plan accordingly. We schedule and organise regular meetings as needed with the necessary stakeholders which can be in person or via telephone conferencing where feasible (or a mixture of both) in order to minimise costs.
